LTC Dashboard primarily integrates with Point Click Care (PCC), but is agile enough as a platform that data from any EMR system can be integrated to meet your reporting requirements.
Which payroll and timekeeping systems does Xchive’s LTC Dashboard and PBJ Xchange tools integrate with?
LTC Dashboard and PBJ Xchange have been integrated with various payroll and timekeeping systems such as Kronos/UKG, Paycom, iSolved, ADP, Attendance on Demand, and many others. Our platform is versatile enough to allow import of data in many different file formats, or ideally, automated imports via API, direct database, or secure file transfers. We’ll custom build integrations as needed to help streamline your processes.
Which accounting and ERP platforms does LTC Dashboard integrate with?
While Xchive can build custom integrations for any ERP system that will provide data access, we’ve previously integrated with systems such as Great Plains (aka Microsoft Dynamics), Intacct, and several smaller accounting systems.

LTC Dashboard is a purpose-built industry specific reporting platform and data warehouse that’s been designed from the beginning with the long term care industry in mind. This means that everything from presentation of data and rollup reporting to user/facility security access, to secure delivery of reports is all streamlined for the LTC industry. By utilizing such a purpose-built platform, you get the advantage of rapid implementation of BI – without the need to start from scratch with a generic BI platform.

Does PBJ Xchange have the ability to project my facilities star ratings now that the calculation changed?
Yes, we pull in data from time and attendance, your EMR, and CMS to provide you with a projection based on your current data. Keep in mind that because the staffing metrics are weighted against all other facilities each quarter, the projected vs actual can vary.
Does LTC Dashboard have reports specific to my state’s regulations?
Yes, LTC Dashboard can deliver reports for a wide range of state specific regulations including but not limited to labor requirements, quality reimbursement programs, and clinical and health related regulations for both residents and employees.
Do you offer customizations to LTC Dashboard?
In addition to the built in functionality of LTC Dashboard, Xchive is able to build custom solutions to meet the specific needs of its customers. We have built many custom reports as well as complex tools such as electronic admission agreements, incident tracking and management, and immunization tracking. All of these custom reports and tools are delivered to your users through the LTC Dashboard interface.

No; LTC Dashboard is a fully cloud based platform hosted by Xchive. You can access tools like LTC Dashboard and PBJ Xchange from almost any computer with an Internet connection.

Yes; when you use Xchive’s LTC Dashboard or related services, we bundle hosting of your PCC Data Relay into the service.
